Savannah. Courtney. Peyton.
The three sisters grew up not knowing their father and not quite catching a break. But it looks like their luck is about to change when they find out the secret identity of their long-lost dad—a billionaire Las Vegas hotel owner who wants them to come live in a gorgeous penthouse hotel suite. Suddenly the Strip’s most exclusive clubs are all-access, and with an unlimited credit card each, it should be easier than ever to fit right in. But in a town full of secrets and illusion, fitting in is nothing compared to finding out the truth about their past.
Going to keep my review short and to the point. I’m not going to waste my time or your time listing my issues with this book. I will say the book is appalling. Not only does it paint a terrible picture of behavior by both child and parent, it is so far fetched. I am terribly disappointed that a young female author would portray her female peers in such an unfavorable manner. The parenting is pathetic. Terrible book all around.
A handbook for young ladies on how NOT to act
Only two MAJOR issues with this ‘story’ PLOT and CHARACTERS
The ‘PLOT’ consists of three sisters carousing Las Vegas (all under age with fake ID’s with Dad’s blessing) and their separate experiences including ‘man drama.’ Exciting huh? Yeah…. It’s boring and it goes around and around with their ‘romantic’ exploits over and over…YAWN
And this is ONLY Book 1 in the series? Rolling eyes at what the other installments will bring – think I’ll pass.
Peyton – Angry, rude, immature, vengeful. She parties and partakes in a lot of drinking and given the fact her mother is in rehab for alcoholism and witnessing her poor behavior you think this would reflect in her choice to drink. Demonstrating promiscuous behavior first night in town. This young lady will end up with an alcohol problem, pregnant or a career in porn all before the ripe old age of twenty if she doesn’t pull it together. Her behavior and attitude is despicable, annoying as the ‘story’ rolls on. Instead of being defiant just to be a brat, she needs to act like a responsible human – start acting and conducting yourself as a proper young adult.
Savannah – Weak!! Materialistic, boy crazy beyond comprehension, caves under minimal peer pressure, another heavy drinker at the tender age of 15, appearance driven, loves her new found Vegas life and lifestyle. In desperate need of a crash course in feminism. First night in town she allowed a sleaze ball to grope her, she wanted him to like her. Ugh! Again…a future porn star and mother of 5 before she sees the light of 20 years of age.
