Top Ten Tuesday | Books I Meant to Read In 2018 but Didn’t Get To.

Hey Guys! Today I will be sharing the books I meant to read in 2018 but didn’t. Last year wasn’t my best reading year, but it wasn’t my worst either. For the majority of 2018, I just didn’t feel like reading. All the books on this list are books that I started reading in 20l8 and didn’t finish. I hope to read them though, one day.

Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden

I’ve wanted to read this book since I was 17! And I just can’t get around to finishing it.

Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence

The first couple of chapters for this was so good!

A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall

Really intrigued by the premise of this, but I wasn’t very engaged with the writing and the constant POV switches.

In the Woods by Tana French

I’ve heard so many good things about this series. I definitely want to finish this book this year.

Dreamland Burning by Jennifer Latham

Such a timely book. I might actually pick this up soon.

Bad Feminist by Roxane Gay

I actually loved all that I read in this one, I had tons of annotations. Also, I love Roxane Gay

Beloved by Toni Morrison

I need to re-read this one. It’s a great read, but it’s just so creepy and unsettling. And so so SAD!

Traitor’s Blade by Sebastien de Castell

I just know I’m going to love this. When I finally get around to finishing it.

Stormdancer by Jay Kristoff

I first picked this up years ago, not too long after the sequel came out. I remember that it was hard for me to get into, but ever since I tell myself every year that I’m going to read it.

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller

I read quite a bit of this over the summer, but just never finished it.
