The Prophesy Trilogy by Victoria Jayne

Hey Hello!

I have been reading a lot of series recently and decided to just review them as an actual series instead of individually. Here is the first!

The Witch of the Prophecy (The Prophecy Trilogy, #1)The Witch of the Prophecy by Victoria Jayne
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was given this book for review by the author.

I was immediately engrossed in this book from the start. I had to find out what these characters were all about. The sexual tension started off ASAP and held me reading through the night.

Divina is a witch and not just any witch, but the one from the vampire prophesy. The one that will help Rori reach his goal, even if he struggles with what he truly wants. Rori is a vampire and the one that taught Divina about her heritage. He was also the one whom broke her heart. But now he is back and the prophesy is set in motion. I can’t wait to see how it all plays out.

I adore both of these characters. Divina is a little spit fire and has decided that she is not going to take any more crap from anyone. Rori struggles with the prophesy and what he actually wants versus what he is suppose to do.

The ending had me diving right into the second book because I just had to find out what was going to happen next!

The Wolf of the Prophecy (The Prophecy Trilogy, #2)The Wolf of the Prophecy by Victoria Jayne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Jumping right into the second book, I adored the first one and couldn’t wait to get this one started.

This book brings a whole new slew of characters. The main one being Aric, the wolf. He is also part of the prophesy and the third point in our love triangle. I struggled throughout this book over whom I adored more, Aric or Rori. I still admired Divina because she had put her foot down even more and was taking no crap whatsoever!

Although I enjoyed the book, it felt a little like it was a filler to reach the climatic ending. I felt the ending was a little abrupt.

Even though I had not enjoyed the second book as much as the first, I am still very much invested in these characters and cannot wait to see where this story leads.

The Vampire of the Prophecy (The Prophecy Trilogy, #3)The Vampire of the Prophecy by Victoria Jayne
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ahhhh! The final book in the trilogy did not disappoint!

It all comes together in a nicely wrapped package that I had zero trouble getting through! I actually adored Rori in this installment. He definitely redeemed himself for me. Divina was fierce and I loved everything about her.

This series was a mix of everything that I adore in a book. It had action, supernatural beings and a whole lot of romance. I look forward to more from this author and will be watching closely to see what may come next. I would love to have a spin off series based in this world that she had created.
