My Thoughts

Wow, oh wow! I have heard a ton about this book already from friends/family members that own the kindle copy. Everyone loves it. I couldn’t resist hopping on the bandwagon right along with all of them and giving it a shot.

The book starts with Rule being awoken by Shaw when she comes to his room and tells him to get dressed to go to see his parents. This leaves Rule agitated due to his hangover and the little problem of getting rid of the girl he had brought home last night. Rule and Shaw do not really get a long. Rule is tattooed and pierced. Yummy! Shaw is a princess, drives a very expensive car, dresses to perfection and never does anything wrong. The problem they run into….Shaw has been in love with Rule FOREVER and he is just too blind to see it.

I loved the storyline of this book. The aspect of Rule being a twin and the relationship between Shaw and Rule’s brother. I had an inkling of how the story was going to go early on but the writer was very crafty at keeping this little secret hidden until almost the very end.

Ms. Crownover is a master at creating the swoony bad boys! I fell head over heels in love with Rule. He is totally hot and tattooed! My favorite! He also has some pretty interesting piercings in some pretty interesting places. Which kinda makes me light headed but intrigued all at the same time! Whew! *wipes forehead*

I really enjoyed Rule and Shaw’s back and forth banter. Also that Rule was willing to lay his heart on the line for her!

I am so excited to already be included in the blog tour for the next book in this series, Jet. I have a feeling that I will enjoy that one as well!!!
